you don't need to send in the borg.massive technological disadvantage (weapons power, range, accuracy, ...) are all ST advantages.It's like an old fashioned huge warship against a modern and well armored speed boat)... No chance for SW anyway. Small ST destroyers would use their phasers and cut the ISD into pieces.SW books deal with amounts of power... pure nonsense...Unsere Heiligkeit GMPS: I like SW and ST

Imperial guns are extremely powerful and they do have masive amounts of ties inclueding the tie droids which could act as missles along with the rest of the imperial fleet would be enough to wipe out 1hundred borg like ships even more if the excutor and eclipes were used.The empire kicks ass. unless its fighting a main character.

If you go on official websites you will see that the empire as seen and conquered more species than the borg .

the death star can destroy a planet but can also destroy a planetary shield in less than a second and it took 16 seconds to species 8472 to destroy a planet whit no shield .

Again... the borg could teleport in and assimilate any technology. Aside from the empire having shitty as shield tech, the borgs are more powerful than even regular federation ships. Also Species 8472 is unique and they could ram right into a space ship, and survive regardless of firepower, and then kill the crew. And they can easily make their own kind of death star with a mere ten ships.

The borg, as shown plenty of times before, can handle plenty of "Amounts" of power. It is randomness and unpredictability that the borg cannot handle.
