It's good but you should speed up the ships.

Premiere Pro isn't good for green/blue screening or chromakeying.... It's very primitive for these kinda things. If you want to get a really good results Sony Vegas or After Effects will help you way more. I have Premiere Pro and After Effects, I can tell ya that the difference is HUGE.
