They told me after one year I could pick up the video,(a.k.a.. evidence) but when I went to pick up the tape a year later, the police department said they "couldn't locate it," along with my board. Apparently the evidence was 'lost' and nothing ever happened...besides my fucking fine for disorderly conduct, which was all they could get me for.

This is ri-god damn-iculous. Last time I was in Hot Springs I was immediately hassled by the po-po. Nothing like this happened...but once I caught something good on camera elsewhere(in AR), the cops confiscated it as evidence and never returned it.
