the basic logo can be done in a day, whole manual, distances, typographic solution etc is almost impossible to do in 1 day.

I've never heard of "Blender" but if the end result isn't vector then it's not appropriate for a logo. The reason one designs a logo in Illustrator is so it can be enlarged or reduced without losing sharpness. No pixelation. In the end you can never know how a logo will need to be reproduced, business card to billboard. It needs to work for all mediums across the board. That's why Illustrator is used for logos. Forget Photoshop. Misguided.

This is the way to loose money.Lack of understanding to use the right programs. A professional logo should be done within 1 day.THe programs to work with: Illustrator, Xara 3D, Photoshop.

ok, you guys: illustrator is good for polygons, vectors, and text, but of course it has limits. Photoshop is great for blending and illustrating (especially with more texture), but it too has limits, like lack of sharpness for text. THIS program he's showing us has its limits too. Buuut...I've never seen this before and am glad he took the time to show it.

do i smell a competition coming on?trust me i know what im talking about.illustrator is ok, but i prefer powerpoint and make things 99% better than most REAL Graphic designers do on illustrator.

jesus your one of these fools who think you need a degree for graphic design, im not fighting you, this guy isnt great, but umm, 3D is vector, you cant render a damn vector file out of it, ontop of that, he can just zoom out, and btw illustrator is just a fucken waste, use photoshop, i use freaking powerpoint and my sketch work is better than 99% of graphic designers
