good video! i got all tingley...im just now starting to try to get in this stuff. im trying to move towards a path of positive spiritual growth. anyone with any advice?

How do you do what? All of that...Just make sure you have healthy relationships that is the main thing for the Sacral Chakra. And you may be acting over bearing in your ideas to some people. So, make sure you are using good judgement in not forcing your ideas on everyone or even yourself it could mean as well... Why do you want to work on it so much anyway?

Alright well in that case what makes you think that you need more work on your Sacral Chakra? ... Also, there are many ways to build this actually up. Through meditations... Different ways for different people. You can go inside and clear it... Until it shines a bright orange and vibrates more or less... To be in perfect harmony.
